Store Policies Internet Savings Store offers the following Returns Policy: RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMSReturns and exchanges must be reported within 7 days from the day you received items. Restocking fees may apply to some returns. RMA number will be issued on each return. Any items returned without Return Authorization will be discarded. No credits will be applied. Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items of exchange. HOW TO RECEIVE RMA# FOR RETURN If you would like to return damaged items, please send us an e-mail at support@internet-savings-store.com with your order number in the subject field. One of our customer service representative will contact with you via phone or e-mail. A RMA# will be given. You will NOT be able to return without RMA#. Returns/Exchanges/Damages for Personalized ItemsWe stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as Internet Savings Store cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange must have an RA NUMBER before returning. Internet Savings Store will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. Internet Savings Store will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS Ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate rush order charges ($15.95). If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages, more detailed instructions will be provided to you. License Plate Signs Return Policy We accept returns (excluding custom purchases). Do so within 30 days and just let us know if you need an exchange for something else or a refund. Whatever you are returning to us, must be returned in Resellable shape. Our merchandise cannot be sent in an envelope. Protection is needed, so please ensure any return is boxed up with care and enclose a note explaining what you want to do. Also, include your email address, so when it arrives, we can email you and let you know. NO REFUNDS can be offered on custom designs - Period. If you intend to place a large order, we STRONGLY recommend that you order 1 pc prior to ensure you will receive your order EXACTLY as you intend. While many customers prefer to simply approve an emailed proof, please know that anApproval of an emailed proof prior to a production run constitutes an agreement between Internet Savings Store and the Customer that the final product is acceptable as ordered.
